Be proactive

At our routine inspections we inquire as to whether there are any maintenance issues with the property, however in addition to this we highly recommend yearly maintenance inspections to check all appliances, roofs, air conditioners, gas etc. We compile a report/log to ensure any little concerns aren’t overlooked. We can arrange support contracts with experts such as roofers and handymen or evaporator specialists to offer you some assistance with avoiding issues and ensure they do not become costly emergency replacements. We have to give tenants at least 24 hours notification in the event that we require access to the property – unless there is a crisis.
