One of our landlords has kindly allowed us to share the journey of the renovation of their lovely older properties in Collingwood. Throughout the stages we will be sharing the journey with you –
October 15th 2015 day one;
Today we stepped on site to assess the improvements required to bring this top floor two bedroom apartment back to market. The kitchen space is narrow but with an abundance of great natural light open plan living and superb views from the kitchen we will achieve something amazing.
We are looking to;
- Install a new stylish kitchen
- re fresh the bathroom/living areas with new fittings & fixtures!
- fresh painting throughout
- Remove carpets and polish concrete
- New tiling kitchen and bathroom
- New toilet
- New sinks
- New gas stove
- Range hood and oven
Steps
- Called on Bunnings to do a measure and quote.
- Set the team to clear out the property
- Arrange a skip for hard rubbish
- Pick out all new fixtures and fittings
- Choose gas stove, oven, sinks and tiles
