We much prefer to work with prospective tenants to find their ideal new home, there is great quality stock on the market at the moment and tenants are much more discerning. So you will see most of our opens are now by appointment only. Which really helps to deliver value, we are able to take the time to understand what the prospective tenant is looking for, explain the benefits of the property. OFI’s are a necessary evil from time to time, but where we can we prefer smaller groups and longer time, as it ensures we can deliver a Bespoke service- our core difference!
